• Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation and we accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX
  • Room rates are for 2 people based on double/twin/single occupancy

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars including GST
  • Management reserves the right to alter or change the rates at any time
 

 Minimum Nights stay may apply for some weekends

  • Auckland Anniversary, Queens Birthday, Easter, Labour Day, Waitangi Day, Scallop Festival, Christmas and New Years.

Easter / Christmas / New Year Bookings

 A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. A minimum stay of 2 nights applies during these peak periods.
 

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or a no show will incur a 100% charge for every room night cancelled.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 20% charge for every room night cancelled.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a 10% charge for every room night cancelled.
 
This policy is particularly relevant during peak seasons, Scallop Festival and Festival of Speed, school holidays and public holidays.  A deposit may be required.
  

Tour Groups / Group Bookings
 

In addition to the above Cancellation Policy a deposit is required 2 months prior to arrival. The deposit payable is 50% of the total booking amount.
We reserve the right to alter this arrangement at our discretion.  Please check with us when making the booking.
 

Late Check in/out

In addition to all bookings our standard Check in time is available from 2pm until 6pm.
Any requests for an Early or Late Check in or Late check out is subject to availability and will incur a $20 Fee for every hour. This arrangement will need to be made prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to alter this arrangement at our discretion.  Please check with us when making the booking.
 
**Any damage to Admiralty Lodge property should be reported immediately. Any extra cleaning, repairs, or replacements required to restore our guest's rooms or property to it's normal condition, will be charged to the registered guest's credit card at replacement costs or market rates, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable**

    Please note over the Summer Period we have huge demand for our pool to be at a lower temperature.

    This may mean that on some occasions it may be too cold to swim in, which we apologize for.

    Our Pool Temperature will increase on Friday 20 March 2020 **End of Summer**
